Goal Setting

“The person who makes a success of living is the one who sees his goal steadily and aims for it unswervingly.” – Cecil De Mille.

Self audit questions:
1) Do you set goals for yourself?
2) Do you sit down and give careful thought to what you want to achieve over the coming weeks, months and years?
3) Do you make a point of writing down your goals and referring to them regularly?

If your answer to the self audit questions above is “no”, then you are missing out of the most important tool that almost all successful people use to succeed way beyond the level of ordinary mortals.

Setting goals is so easy and there is a lot to lose by not setting aside the small amount of time needed to sort out appropriate plan of actions.

Be determined to set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic and Times)  goals from today and discover how fast you will move towards your goals in the new year.

    Goal setting, is a small thing to goal getting. Goal setting is for man while goal getting is from God.
    My belief & support to the write up is with ‘ he who fail to plan is planning to fail’

    Objectives are set by individual, institutions, firm and corporate bodies. The reasons are not far fetched. Objectives are measurable. Stated in terms of performance, indicate expected level of performance etc. Literature revealed that goals are not measurable and span over along period of time. It is therefore, imperative for individuals to set and work towards measurable objectives.
